STRUCTURED PARENT EDUCATION & IEP TRAINING SUPPORT

The P.O.S.S.E. Parent Training Program was developed to provide parents with structured educational support, organization tools, and practical training to help them participate meaningfully in their child’s educational journey.

Through guided instruction, templates, documentation systems, and parent education, participants learn how to understand the IEP process, organize educational records, monitor student progress, and communicate effectively within educational planning meetings.

Our training program emphasizes collaboration, documentation, organization, and informed participation while supporting positive educational outcomes for students.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • 10 structured training sessions
  • 1.5-hour sessions
  • Available virtually via Zoom or in person
  • Minimum cohort: 10 parents
  • Parent notebook and structured templates included
  • Ongoing email support during training period
  • Guided parent exercises and educational tools provided throughout the program
